Peel the zucchini and cut them into sticks.
Dip the sprinkled with flour zucchini in the beaten eggs and then roll them in the mixture of breadcrumbs/corn flour.
Arrange the zucchini sticks onto oiled baking paper.
Pour a trickle of olive oil over them and bake until golden in a 356°F (180 °C) oven. Serve with a dairy sauce.
