Whip the eggs. Add the sugar and salt and whip again until they melt. Then add the yoghurt and oil.
Next pour in the milk. Stir well. Mix the yeast with the flour and add it in gradually. Knead a soft dough. Leave it to rise for 40 min.
Divide the dough into 4 equal-sized parts, roll out each into a sheet. Put 1 sheet in a suitable oven dish, smear it with melted butter, sprinkle with feta cheese and place a 2nd sheet on top.
Repeat this process until you're out of sheets. Do not butter the last sheet. Next, cut it into 4 identical strips, twist each one and arrange them in a baking dish.
Leave them to rise another 30 min. Smear them with the beaten egg and bake in a 356°F (180 °C) oven.
