How to cook
Wash the vegetables very well and cut them into slices. Arrange them in a circle, slanted, in an oiled oven dish, while alternating between zucchini, tomato and pepper slices.
Sprinkle them with salt, black pepper, dill and grated cheese.
Separately, beat the eggs with the milk, cooking cream and add salt and black pepper to taste, stir.
Pour the mixture over the dish and bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) until ready.
