How to cook
Chop the lamb into large portions. Salt them and rub generously with the paprika and salt.
Chop the green onions and lay them out along the bottom of the oven dish.
Chop the spearmint and add it on top, with the oil, a little paprika, black pepper, salt and then stir.
Arrange the lamb portions on top and top off with water.
Put it to bake in a moderate oven until reddened.
