Boil the potatoes. Then pour cold water over them and leave them to cool. Once this happens, peel and mash them. Mix them with the spices and flour, add it in several lots.
For the breading, the breadcrumbs and corn flour need to be in a 1:1 ratio.
With wet hands, shape meatballs, wet them just a bit and roll them in the breading. Then fry.
