Ingredients

  • cream cheese - 1 cup (250 g)
  • parsley
  • green onions - 4 bunches, just the green part
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • lettuce - several leaves
  • bread - with seeds
  • cherry tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g)

How to cook

Chop the onion and parsley very finely.

Put them in a bowl and add the ground walnuts and cream cheese.

Add the finely chopped garlic, olive oil and stir.

Distribute the antipasto into small lettuce leaves, add a few cherry tomatoes and serve with slices of bread.
