How to cook
Wash the zucchini, cut them in 2 and scoop out each half with a spoon. After you've scooped them out, leave them aside.
Prepare the filling - mix the eggs, feta cheese, oil, black pepper and salt in a bowl, stir well and stuff the zucchini 1 by 1.
Heat the oven up to 320°F (160 °C), sprinkle the zucchini with cheese (optional) and crisp for 15 min. to a golden color.
