Ingredients

  • offal - 16 oz (450 g), chicken gizzards
  • red onions - 1 small head
  • green onions - 1 - 2 bunches
  • onions - 1 small head, old
  • peppers - 2 - 3, roasted
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to cook

Clean, boil and chop the gizzards.

Cut the old onion into crescents, the green ones finely.

Braise all the ingredients in a little oil in a pan until the onions soften.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
