Cut the chicken meat into pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the peeled and chopped garlic cloves.
Braise the cloves until golden. Add the chicken bits. Cook while stirring nonstop until the meat is ready.
Wash the lemon well and cut it into thin slices. Add the lemon slices to the chicken meat and cook another 1-2 min.
Take the pan off the stove. Add the salvia and serve.
