How to cook
Wash the zucchini, cut them into round slices and boil in salted water. Drain them, then arrange half of them in an oiled tray.
Cover them with grated cheese and arrange the rest of the zucchini on top. Beat the eggs with the milk and pour this over the zucchini. Put pieces of butter on top and bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven until ready (about 30 min).
