Whip the eggs, then add the yoghurt with the baking soda extinguished in it beforehand.

Stir well and add flour and olive oil. Knead a nonstick dough.

Roll out round flatbread, not too thick. Heat a stove top, oil your saucepan.

Toast on one side, then on the other.
