Take a phyllo pastry sheet and sprinkle it with oil, place a 2nd sheet on top, distribute a little filling and wrap it into a roll.
Do this for the rest of the sheets. Arrange the rolls in an oiled tray.
Pour a little oil on top and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 30 min. until reddened. Crunchy and tasty!
