How to cook

Boil the milk and sugar on low heat. To them add the beaten yolks and the gelatin, pre-swollen in a little warm water.

Stir the entire time. Once the mixture thickens, remove from the heat.

Once completely cooled, add the beaten to snow egg whites. Mix with the mashed apricots. Leave in the fridge to gel.
