Healthy Biscuits for Breakfast
- bananas - 2, ripe
- oil - 1/2 cup, almond, avocado or other type
- honey - 4 tbsp
- oats - 1 cup
- blueberries - 1 handful, chopped
- coconut flakes - 2 tbsp
- flax - 1 tbsp
- amaranth - 1 tbsp
- chia seeds - 1 tbsp
Mash the bananas, add the oil and remaining ingredients.
Form circles from this mixture with a spoon and arrange them in an oven dish covered with baking paper.
Bake them at 356°F (180 °C) for 30 min. if you want them softer or at 392°F (200 °C) for 20-30 min. if you want them crunchier.
The perfect breakfast with a cup of soy milk. Filling biscuits with very healthy ingredients!
