Put the milk on the stove to come to a boil.
Dissolve the starch and stevia in a little water. Stir well to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Shortly before the milk comes to a boil, add the dissolved starch while stirring nonstop. Stir the cream until thickened. Then remove it from the stove.
Arrange a row of honey biscuits in a tray, distribute starch on top. Repeat until you run out of ingredients, finishing off with cream.
Leave the cake for a few hours.
Then smear prune jam on it. It's best to leave the cake for 10-12 hours, so the biscuits can soak well.
