Peel the bananas, cut them into pieces and mash them together with the cottage cheese.
To the banana mixture, add the eggs, cinnamon, cocoa, nutmeg, vanillas and baking powder. Continue beating but do so with a mixer.
What you end up with is a thick cake mixture, pour it into a large cake form or into 2 smaller ones. Or use muffin forms. Garnish as you like - hazelnuts, raisins, goji berry, flax.
Put the cake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven, then immediately lower the heat to 347°F (175 °C) once it's inside.
Check with a wooden skewer to see if it's baked properly. Leave it to cool and then serve.
