Wash the pork steaks well.
Tenderize the steaks lightly with a wooden mallet and sprinkle on both sides with a little salt and black pepper. Smear them with the marinade, arrange them next to each other and leave for 1 hour in the fridge.
Arrange them next to each other in an oiled tray. Smear each one with sour cream, like a slice of toast. Cut the pickles into crescents or circles and arrange them on top. Cut the processed cheese into pieces and distribute over the steaks.
Carefully pour in 1/2 cup beer, cover with foil and bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for 50 min.
Remove the foil and bake to a nice golden color.
Tender and really tasty steaks.
