Ingredients

  • zucchini - 3, medium - sized
  • mince - 9 oz (250 g)
  • rice - 1 cup
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • oil
  • topping
  • eggs - 3
  • yoghurt - 5 tbsp
  • flour - 2 - 3 tbsp

Preparation

Dice the zucchini finely and braise them on all sides. Drain.

Strain the oil and then use it to fry the rice in it. Pour in water to semi-boil it, add salt to taste.

Braise the mince in another container and add 1 tsp paprika.

Mix everything together in the oven dish you intend to bake, stir, season with salt and black pepper.

Heat the oven to 356°F (180 °C).

In a bowl, mix together the ingredients for the topping and pour it over the moussaka. Bake until ready.find similar recipes here
