How to cook
Chop the vegetables and salmon as finely as possible but do not mash them under any circumstances because it'll change the taste.
In a suitable container, first mix together the cottage cheese with the yoghurt, then with all of the remaining ingredients, including the spices.
Add lemon juice, as much as you like, but don't make it sour. You need just a hint of lemon flavor - I used about 1 1/2 tbsp.
Leave it in the fridge for at least 30 min. and serve cooled.
You can garnish with lemon slices and a bunch of fresh dill. It also goes really great with wholegrain bread.
