How to cook
Boil the macaroni according to package directions, then thoroughly rinse and drain them.
Boil the eggs and cut them into crescents (8 parts), then into halves.
Saute the corn until ready with a little butter or other oil and leave it to cool.
Peel the cucumbers and dice them finely.
Combine the macaroni, eggs, corn and cucumbers, season with salt.
Add the beaten together mayonnaise and yoghurt, pressed garlic and finely chopped dill. Stir very well and leave it for at least an hour before consumption.
If you have some left over the next day, you can freshen it up by adding a cup of yoghurt and a little mayonnaise.
The salad is suitable for serving to your guests - tasty and very fresh!
