How to cook
Cut the chicken meat into bites and braise them in the heated oil.
Clean and chop the onions, mushrooms and carrots. Add them to the meat and stir. Leave them to saute briefly.
Grate the tomatoes or use canned ones. Add the paprika, black pepper, savory and bay leaf.
Pour on the broth and white wine, put the stove on low for the dish to simmer for 25-30 min. until the meat boils.
Finally, thicken with the flour diluted with a little water and after 3 min. it's ready. Enjoy!
