How to cook
Wash the meat well and cut it to strips about 1/2″ (1 cm) thick.
Separately, combine the salt, olive oil, black pepper, 1 tsp mustard and lemon juice. Smear the meat with the marinade and leave it in cool area for 1 hour.
Then place slices of processed cheese, cheese and mushroom on each meat piece. Transfer the meat to an oiled sheet of aluminum foil and wrap it such that the sauce doesn't spill out during baking.
Put the packet in a tray in a preheated 428°F (220 °C) oven to bake for about 60 min. Then you can unwrap the foil and leave it to gain a nice crust on top.
Serve with fresh salad.
