How to cook
This recipe is quick to make and really easy.
Cover an elongated bread pan with plastic wrap and arrange a layer of wafers.
Start making the cream - put the milk and chocolate in a pot and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
Dissolve the starch in a little milk or water. Once the chocolate has melted and the milk is ready to come to a boil, add the starch in a thin trickle.
Stir until thickened, while adding the butter at the end.
Pour cream over the 1st layer of wafers, arrange a 2nd wafer layer, then pour cream over it as well.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for a few hours prior to serving.
