How to cook
Peel the potatoes and grate them on the grater. Then do the same for the onions and eggs.
Crumble the feta cheese and add all of the spices. Stir everything very well.
In a heated pan, pour a little oil and some of the mixture. The potato mass must not be too thick, so that it can bake well.
Once it gains a golden crust, flip it over using a ladle.
Once ready, serve with yoghurt.
