Preheat the oven to 392°F (200 °C). Smear a square tray (8″ (20 cm) per side) with butter, can use a round one.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk, stir. Separately, mix the flour with the baking powder and add them to the egg mixture, stir again.
Grate the cheese coarsely and add it, stir well. Pour the mixture into the tray and put it in the preheated oven for about 20 min. to gain a golden color.
This is the tastiest baked cheese, without any greens, spices and other cheeses added. It's best when served warm with fresh seasonal vegetables.
