How to cook
Wash the zucchini, cut them and leave them to drain for a bit. Combine the flour and spices, add water to them in order to obtain a sludge.
Heat up oil, dip the zucchini in flour, then braise.
After you take them out of the oil, it's best to leave them to drain on paper towels. Serve with yoghurt or tzatziki.
Note: The amount of spices is up to you, depending on taste.
