How to cook
Break the eggs in a deep bowl and whip them with a whisk. Pour in the milk to them and whip again.
You're going to get a pale yellow egg mixture. Pour oil in a pan and leave it to heat up very well. In the meantime, dip each bread slice in the egg-milk mixture.
They need to soak in it very well. Once the oil is ready, put the slices to fry. Fry on both sides until reddened.
Take them out onto paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Serve with feta cheese and wild berry jam.
