In order to remain solid during frying, put the cheese for about 30 min. in the freezer.
Cut it, along with the ham, into same-sized pieces - rectangles in this case.
Put a piece of ham in between 2 pieces of cheese, to get something like a sandwich.
Dip the cheese sandwiches first in egg, then in flour, egg again and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry them in highly heated oil on both sides.
