- per compote jar
- vinegar - 4 tbsp
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- salt - 1 tbsp
Arrange the washed chili peppers in jars.
Put 4 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp salt per jar.
Top the jars off with water and close with caps.
Store the jars with chili peppers in a cool area, away from sunlight.
