Cut the potatoes into round slices and arrange: row of potatoes, row of ham, until out of ingredients.
Beat the 2 yolks with the ham and pour it on top. Bake for 15 min. in a preheated oven.
Once a golden crust forms, sprinkle with grated mozzarella or cheese. Bake again to a golden crisp.
Leave it to cool well and cut into rectangular pieces.
