How to cook
Once at room temperature, beat the yoghurt with the oil, sugar and salt, then to the mixture add the sifted flour until the dough turns stretchy.
Roll out the dough on a floured counter to a 1/2″ (1 cm) thickness. Sprinkle half the baking soda evenly over the entire surface area of the dough.
Fold 1/3 of the dough inward, then another 1/3. Flip it over 90° and repeat the folding process. Roll out the doughy packet flat once again.
Sprinkle with the remaining baking soda, then fold again the same way.
Transfer the ready dough to a bowl, cover with a towel and leave it to rest for 40 min.
