How to cook
This is a summer cake that you can make with your favorite fruits. I've tried it with apples and plums because along with sour cherries they're my favorite for doughy cakes but you can improvise with peaches or other fruits!
Smear the container you'll be baking in with all of the butter. Crumble the biscuits (you can arrange them slanted at an angle I think) and pour the fruits on top, while leaving hollow spaces between the slices.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and finally add the flour. Pour it over the fruits.
I baked for 30 min. at 392°F (200 °C) with the fan on and without opening the oven door until 15 min. after I had finished baking! It's a very easy and delightful cake, with its sweet-sour summer aroma!
