Cut the pork into thin pieces and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and cumin. Arrange in a wide oven dish.
Heat up oil and braise the finely chopped onions, add the chopped mushrooms and season with spices.
Once sauteed, pour in the meat, arrange slices of processed cheese and pour on the broth or water, enough to cover the ingredients.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven about 1 hour - until the meat is ready.
What you'll get is a really tasty sauce with tender, soft meat.
