Sift the flour with the salt, make a well, pour the yoghurt in it. Dissolve the yeast in 2/5 cup (100 ml) warm water, along with the sugar. Add it to the rest of the ingredients, pour in the rest of the water and knead a soft dough.
Leave the dough in a warm area for 15 min. to rise. Then you can form it in 1 of 2 ways - the 1st is like a curly pita. Shape the dough roundly, smear it with egg and sprinkle it with sesame seeds.
Or make it like the so-called lavash. Knead the dough in an oval shape. Sprinkle on all sides with sesame, then put it in a pre-greased oven dish and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 35-40 min.
