How to cook
Small potatoes are more suitable for this recipe. Peel them; if they're young, just clean them well with a brush.
Cut them nearly all the way through every 1/4″ (0.5 cm).
Sprinkle them with salt, black pepper and then breadcrumbs.
Arrange in an oiled oven dish and bake at 428°F (220 °C) about 30 min.
