Marinated Veal Steak with Soy Sauce
- veal steaks - 16 oz (450 g)
- black pepper
- olive oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
- lemon juice - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- garlic - 2 cloves
- sugar - 1 tbsp
Season the steak on both sides with black pepper. In a deep bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and sugar. Stir the mixture and place the veal steak in it.
Leave it to marinate for at least 3-4 hours.
Heat the grill to the maximum and cook the veal about 5-6 min. per side, while constantly basting it with the marinade.
