Beat the eggs well and to them add the milk, sugar, salt and baking soda. Begin adding the flour little by little, which you've sifted beforehand.
Beat and once you get a homogeneous mixture, add the vanillas and cocoa. Before frying each pancake, smear the pan with a little butter.
Cover the ready pancakes to smother and soften them. You can smear them with chocolate spread or a jam of your choice.
