How to cook
Clean the calamari and cut the tubes into slices. In a suitable container, mix together the beaten egg and cold beer. While stirring nonstop, add the flour, dry dill, salt and black pepper.
Dip the calamari slices in the breading mixture and fry in a highly heated oil bath for about 5-6 min. per side. Take the cooked calamari out onto a napkin, in order to drain out the excess oil.
Serve the calamari warm with a garnish of your choice.
