Mix the finely ground biscuits with the melted butter. Put the mixture in a round oven dish to serve as the cheesecake's base.
To the beaten liquid cream, add the powdered sugar, cream cheese, the juice and grated rinds of the 2 lemons. Distribute the mixture over the cheesecake's base and even it out.
Leave the cheesecake to sit in the fridge for 4-5 hours. Decorate with fruits if desired.
