How to cook
Beat the eggs and sugar very well. Next, add the oil, yoghurt with ammonium bicarbonate, baking soda and vanilla and beat again. Gradually add the flour as well and knead a dough. Roll it out and cut it into strips, wrap them around the cone shapes.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven. Once baked, take them out of the shapes and once cooled, they're ready to be filled with cream.
Preparation of the cream mixture:
Heat the milk, then add the butter. Beat the eggs with the sugar well, add the flour and beat again. Once the egg mixture is ready, add it gradually to the milk, being careful not to curdle it.
Stir nonstop until the cream thickens. Once it's ready, leave it to cool and then fill the cones with it.
