Cut the roasted peppers into thin strips and put them in a tray, sprinkle with flour and stir.
Add the feta cheese, which you've crumbled with a fork, sprinkle with savory and oil evenly and stir well.
Separately, beat the eggs well and salt to taste, add them to the peppers and stir.
Put the tray in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for several min. until the eggs harden.
Take the tray out, sprinkle evenly with the grated cheese and return it to the oven until the cheese melts and forms a golden crust.
