Wash the tomatoes and soak them in hot water for 1 hour. Heat the butter in a casserole. Braise the diced chicken meat and once ready, take it out.
Saute the chopped onions in the same butter. Once it turns clear, add the rest of the chopped vegetables. Once all the ingredients soften, return the meat to the casserole.
Sprinkle everything with spices and ground garlic. If the dish is too thick, you can dilute it with a little dry wine.
Leave the dish to simmer under a lid another 5 min. and remove. Serve with fresh dill and parsley leaves.
