In a bowl, break the eggs, crumble the feta cheese, add the yoghurt, carbonated water and oil. Stir everything very well.
Oil 2 trays.
Lay out 2 phyllo pastry sheets, put a little of the stuffing and wrap them into a triangle.
Put it in the oiled tray and repeat for the rest of the sheets.
In a bowl, put the egg whites, beat them with a mixer and add the milk. Pour this over the phyllo pastries and bake in a preheated oven.
