Debone the meat, chop it up and braise it in the oil along with the chopped onions.
Once the onions change color, add the tomato paste, flour and paprika a little bit at a time.
Dilute the dish with broth or water, salt it and leave to cook on moderate heat. Once the meat softens, add the black pepper and allspice.
Braise the rice in the flour and add water in 3:1 ratio. Boil the dish on low heat until ready.
