How to cook
Cut the chicken in 2 through the breast. Tenderize it to a medium-thick steak and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Mix the crushed garlic with the sour cream and season with black pepper. Smear the chicken all over with this mixture and let it sit for 10 min.
Fry the chicken in a cast iron pan with a lid after you've heated it up very well. First put the inner part of the chicken to fry and then turn it over.
For the sauce, cut the tomatoes into coarse pieces. Put them to boil and then mash them to a puree. Season the sauce with garlic, dill, parsley, coarsely ground cayenne pepper to taste and a little lemon juice.
