Wash the green tomatoes, makes holes in them with a large needle and arrange in a 12 1/2 cups (3 L) jar, along with the cleaned carrots, celery bunches and garlic cloves.
Make a marinade from the salt, sugar and vinegar. Pour it over the veggies in the jar. Add the aspirins and top off with water. Close tightly and flip upside down, leave it for 1 day.
Throughout the next few days, shake the jar every day until the aspirins, sugar and salt are completely dissolved.
