Mix the dry yeast, salt, sugar, oil in the flour. Add the milk, water and slightly beaten eggs.
Knead a medium soft dough and leave it for 40 min. to rise.
Cut it into 2 parts, roll each one out into a rectangle, smear with oil and sprinkle with feta cheese.
Roll up thus prepared sheets.
In an oiled tray laid out with baking paper, arrange the cut off ends.
Cut the rest into triangles and arrange them along the edges of the tray, while alternating - one with the point facing outward, the next inward, etc.
Beat 1 yolk with a little oil and smear the loaf. Put it to bake in a preheated 338°F (170 °C) oven for 40 min. - to a golden crust.
Take it out, smear it with butter and cover with a towel to soften.
