- chicken legs - 4 large
- potatoes - 26.5 oz (750 g)
- oil - 5 - 6 tbsp
Cut the chicken legs into 2. Put them in a tray with the oil and salt to braise.
Add the chopped potatoes and pour in a little warm water.
Bake until ready.
