Take 2 sheets and sprinkle them with melted butter and well crumbled feta cheese.
Grease an oven dish and put the sheets in it. Repeat for all of the sheets. Next, pour the topping over the cut phyllo pastry.
To make the topping, beat the eggs, mix the yoghurt with the salt and sugar. To the latter, add the eggs, beer and flour. Stir until you get a nice consistency.
Cut the phyllo pastry into pieces and pour the topping over it, spread it out by swirling it all over.
Sprinkle with the remaining butter and bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 min. or until it forms a nice golden crust.
