How to cook
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper and cook on the grill (or griddle pan). After they cool, cut them into bites.
Clean the iceberg lettuce, wash and tear it up. Add the chopped cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
Add the chicken bites and croutons.
In a separate container, mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with black pepper, paprika and salt.
Season the salad with this sauce. Grate parmesan at the very top.
